We Americans are crazy about our pets! There are an estimated 79 million households with animals in the U.S., and many of us consider them to be a big part of the family! It’s no surprise that we often take pets into account when we do design work for our clients.

Lately, we’ve been redesigning condos around Chicago, many of which have luxurious but small kitchens. When planning a kitchen with my clients, we go from the large items, such as counter tops and cabinets, to the little things they should consider to make small-space living a breeze.
