Light blue walls are timeless. Painting your bedroom walls a light blue color creates a sense of calm and relaxation to the space, and it works in contemporary as well as traditional spaces. Due to its lighter hues, it acts as a neutral base from which you can add different splashes of color. If you really want to go bold, try adding some yellow accents.
